—Where provided, information about hobbies and interests

If you are a model on our roster, we will not disclose your personal data to any other person except in certain circumstances including: (a) to promote you to clients who may provide you with work; (b) to our clients’ suppliers or our suppliers in connection with jobs or potential jobs you may do; (c) internally within our company; (d) where disclosure is required by law; (e) to the extent that such information is in the public domain; or (f) otherwise, with your consent. Otherwise, we will only disclosure your information to allow us to do business with you. We will only retain your information for as long as is necessary.

Your information (including personal data) that we collect or have collected may have be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including to and at our agency in New York under a legal agreement providing adequate protection for your rights. Your information may also be processed by one of our suppliers outside the EEA.
